Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Day Shift: 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and implementing treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and chronic pain issues. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives and contribute to their recovery journey.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and exercises.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Must possess a valid Ohio Physical Therapist License.
• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• A graduate of a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy program.
