Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Schedule

Day shift from 08:00 to 18:00, with a guarantee of 32+ hours weekly.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions for patients with various orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.
• Document patient interactions and outcomes using Meditech EHR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Ohio Physical Therapist license required.
• Outpatient experience preferred; no new grads are accepted.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
