Job Description – Pediatric Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist (Atrius Health, Kenmore, MA) Provide comprehensive behavioral health care to patients ages 4–24 in a hybrid setting, preside over care plans, provide consults, and refer to appropriate levels of care. Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities Hybrid position: in‑office and remote care from home. Conduct clinical evaluations for patients ages 4–24. Develop, prescribe, and regularly evaluate and modify care plans. Provide consultation to pediatric primary care providers and other medical staff regarding behavioral health issues. Refer patients to appropriate level of care. Compensation & Benefits Highlights Competitive compensation; salary range $225,000 to $393,500 annually (based on experience and qualifications). Required Qualifications PMHNP candidates must hold a current Commonwealth of Massachusetts APRN license and be Board Certified as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. MD/DO candidates must be Board Certified in both Adult and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Active Federal DEA and Massachusetts MCSR Certificate required or in process. Preferred Qualifications PMHNP candidates with a minimum of 3 years postgraduate experience as a psychiatric nurse clinician.
