At Acero Precision, you’ll own production on advanced platforms—Swiss turning, 5-axis machining, and more—while growing into troubleshooting, setup support, and process optimization that elevates the entire line.

Challenges you’ll tackle

• Operate several CNC machines to meet throughput and quality targets
• Execute precise tool changes and offsets; adjust parameters to maintain capability
• Interpret GD&T and blueprints to produce compliant parts
• Inspect with precision metrology; log inspection and production results
• Deburr, clean, tag, and stage parts through downstream operations
• Spot issues early—restore machines to production-ready condition quickly
• Perform routine/preventive maintenance and sustain a safe, orderly workstation

What sets you up for success

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience
• Hands-on time with multi-axis (3/4/5), mill-turn, or Swiss-style machines
• Blueprint literacy and solid machining fundamentals
• Proven skill with inspection tools and methods
• Mechanical savvy, problem-solving mindset, and the focus to run multiple machines accurately

Preferred

• Independently running jobs after setup
• Experience assisting setups, troubleshooting, or mentoring teammates

• Horizontal Machining Center (5+ axis)
• CAD software
• CAM software (Mastercam, Mazatrol)

• Experience in ISO 9001 environments
