Your Responsibilities

• Identify prospective healthcare candidates through our specialized platform as well as your personal network
• Contact potential candidates to share exciting opportunities with MLR and evaluate their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our experienced recruiters for thorough screenings
• Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and assist in their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Compensate for your work through commission based on meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and hires made from your connections

Compensation Structure
