Schedule 1:

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Saturday,Sunday 7:00pm-7:00am

Location/Setting: Fort Walton Beach 32547

Age Group: Child

Acuity: High; Gtube,Trach,Vent

Schedule 2:

Schedule: Monday-Friday (6-8 hour shifts)

Location/Setting: Fort Walton Beach 32547

Age Group: Toddler

Acuity: Low; Feeding Tube 

Schedule 3:

Schedule: Friday-Sunday 7:00pm-7:00am

Location/Setting: Fort Walton Beach 32547

Age Group: Toddler

Acuity: High; Gtube,Trach,Vent

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required   
• Must have reliable transportation
