Medical Education Account Specialist

Overview NBOME is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team Medical Education Account Specialist. This position serves as a trusted partner to the osteopathic medical schools, ensuring exceptional client experiences and driving success through strategic account management. This role combines relationship-building, problem solving, and consultative support to help clients achieve their educational goals. This position is located in the Rosemont/O'Hare area of Chicago. Hybrid work schedule with remote optional days (Monday & Friday) and mandatory in office days (Tuesday-Thursday) Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for medical school clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships. Understand client needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their experience. Develop and execute account plans aligned with client objectives and organizational goals. Identify opportunities for expanded engagement and value-added services. Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing support for academic partners. Ensure timely resolution of inquiries and issues with a focus on client satisfaction. Work cross-functionally with internal teams (client services, product, IT, communications) to deliver seamless service. Data & Reporting Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports for internal and client stakeholders. Use insights to recommend strategies for continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 2+ years in account management, client success, or related role – preferable in medical education or healthcare. Strong Communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and build trust with diverse stakeholders Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with data analytics is a plus Success in managing multiple clients in an academic medical or healthcare setting Minimal travel and flexible work schedule availability (weekends, evenings) #J-18808-Ljbffr National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners
