Senior Manager, Pfizer Patient Services (PPS) Patient Assistance Programs (PAP)

Role Summary The Pfizer Patient Services Patient Assistance Programs Senior Manager is responsible for the management of Pfizer’s Patient Assistance Programs across Business Units including Specialty Care, Oncology, and Primary Care. The role ensures that all solutions are developed, maintained, and scaled in accordance with enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and strategic priorities, collaborating cross-functionally to drive consistency and efficiency. Role Responsibilities Manage PAP programs across BUs to deliver exceptional patient and HCP service at HUB/vendors responsible for PAP operations. Develop and measure quality management standards across all vendors, including program needs, performance, cost, and outcomes to better allocate resources. Ensure vendor adherence to PAP Business Rules and program content aligns with the patient journey. Partner with Patient Services BU Hub Lead to define business rules, develop ways‑of‑working frameworks, and optimize the patient journey into PAP. Collaborate with Pfizer Supply Chain, Logistics, Memphis Distribution Center, PAP vendors, and Finance on volume and budget forecasting. Engage field‑facing colleagues on program requirements and ensure compliance with external (state and federal) and internal SOPs and privacy guidelines. Troubleshoot operational issues such as shipping, product delays, patient appeals, and reimbursement issues. Conduct monthly data reviews to identify improvements, flag budget needs, and report to stakeholders. Modernize digital/online enrollment and engagement experience for patients, caregivers, and HCPs. Manage vendors for accurate program administration (call centers, application processing, medicine fulfillment, etc.). Provide guidance to vendors to meet or exceed SLAs and support SOW development and approvals. Ensure vendor compliance with Pfizer requirements, including program, digital, safety reporting, adverse events, communications, and online assets. Review and update Pfizer RxPathways website content and collaborate with digital teams to refresh assets. Contribute to strategy and creative content for training videos and clear communications for HCPs and patients/caregivers. Support facilitation and development of presentations for stakeholders, including HCPs, patient advocates, and third‑party groups. Maintain data integrity through monitoring tools, tracking metrics, and developing processes to ensure data quality. Support reporting to various Pfizer entities, including the Patient Assistance Foundation Board, the PAP Steering Committee, and Pfizer Inc. quarterly. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred. Proficiency in Spanish a plus. 6+ years’ experience in Biopharma Patient Services Strategy/Operations/Program Management, or Strategy/Management Consulting. Clear understanding of US health insurance and reimbursement mechanisms. Demonstrated expertise in vendor and agency management, patient access program operations, website development, and management. Experience in a high‑fast‑paced setting with significant depth in patient services and Patient Assistance Programs. Strong project management and organizational skills with cross‑functional teams. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to senior leaders. Ability to receive and implement direction from senior colleagues. Commitment to receiving development and coaching from leadership. Other Job Details Last Date to Apply: June 5th, 2026. Location: NYHQ. Requires travel based on business needs. Not eligible for Relocation Package. This position is hybrid, requiring on‑site work 2–3 days per week from NYHQ. Annual base salary ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00. Eligible for Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan (bonus target 17.5% of base) and share‑based long‑term incentive program.
