Pizza Maker Position

Earn $23-$25 per hour plus tips with steady full-time hours in a fast-paced Italian kitchen serving a loyal customer base on Long Island.

This is a hands-on pizza maker position focused on consistency, quality, and execution using both wood-burning and deck ovens. Previous pizza-making experience is preferred, but experienced cooks who are eager to learn will be considered and trained.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on pizza-making position in a fast-paced Italian restaurant focused on quality, consistency, and execution.

You'll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and finishing pizzas while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout each shift.

Previous pizza-making experience is preferred. However, if you have professional cooking experience, strong kitchen fundamentals, and a willingness to learn, we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Prepare and cook pizzas using wood-burning and deck ovens
• Stretch, top, and finish pizzas according to company standards
• Maintain organized prep stations and kitchen cleanliness

• Assist with prep and stocking as needed

Qualifications:

• Pizza-making experience preferred but not required
• Professional cooking experience strongly preferred
