Job Summary: Perform grounds maintenance and outdoor upkeep in a healthcare environment. Maintain safe and clean outdoor spaces across the facility in all weather conditions. Responsibilities: Maintain lawns landscaping and outdoor areas Perform mowing trimming and weeding Complete trash rounds and general grounds upkeep Operate equipment such as mowers blowers and hand tools Perform snow removal and treat walkways in winter conditions Inspect property exterior and report issues Complete minor outdoor repairs as needed Support team and maintain professional interactions Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Grounds or landscaping experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong communication and teamwork skills Driver license required Salary: $18 - $22 hourly Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401k Retirement Plan Unlimited PTO and Holidays Paid Parental Leave Wellness Programs Employee Discounts Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $18 - $22 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
