Adjunct Faculty, Political Science

Position Part‑time Political Science adjunct teaching position in the Department of Social Sciences. Semester‑to‑semester positions teaching introductory courses, both in‑person and online. Responsibilities Deliver engaging, critical‑dialogue‑focused instruction in introductory Political Science for semester‑to‑semester credit. Prepare and submit lesson plans, assignments, and assessments suitable for both in‑person and online delivery. Collaborate with faculty and staff to support diverse student populations. If invited to an on‑campus interview, present a teaching lecture and laboratory demonstration of instructional abilities. Employment Conditions Employment is contingent upon Board of Trustees budget approval for the current fiscal year. A background check is required prior to employment.
