Responsibilities include:Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standardsSet up and maintain your station before, during, and after serviceEnsure food is prepared and plated in a timely and consistent mannerFollow proper food handling, storage, labeling, and rotation proceduresMaintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all timesAssist with preparation of soups, stocks, sauces, and daily specialsSupport banquet and outlet production as neededMonitor inventory and communicate needs to kitchen leadershipWork collaboratively with culinary team members to ensure smooth serviceAssist with minimizing food waste and maximizing product usageFollow all safety and kitchen proceduresWhat We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team that delivers great food and experiences.
