Salt Lake City, Utah, United States of America In-Office $80000- $100000 Annually Full Time Location: Salt Lake City, UT Job Type: Full-Time Role Overview As a Controller at Caddie Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s financial operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, developing budgets, preparing reports, and providing insights to drive strategic decision‑making. You will work closely with senior leadership and other departments to maintain financial health and support the company's continued growth. Responsibilities Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and financial transactions Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings Lead audits and work closely with external auditors Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper accounting procedures are followed Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions Assist with financial modeling and projections to support company growth strategies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred) 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on controlling or financial management Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and accounting principles Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) Experience with financial reporting and financial analysis Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment Previous experience in a controller or similar role in a growing company is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
