• Monday - Thursday: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Shipping Warehouse Associates Needed, $22.50/Hour on Night Shift!

We are hiring 2 Shipping Warehouse Associates to join our client's fast-paced distribution operation. This is an active, physically demanding warehouse position that requires consistent lifting, moving, and stacking throughout the shift .

Shipping Associates are responsible for removing completed totes from conveyor systems and safely stacking them onto pallets for outbound processing. Totes can weigh approximately 2 to 25 pounds , and employees must be comfortable performing repetitive physical activity throughout the scheduled shift.

What You'll Do

• Remove completed totes from conveyor systems and stack them safely and efficiently onto pallets
• Consistently lift, move, handle, and stack totes weighing approximately 2 to 25 pounds
• Perform repetitive physical movement throughout the shift
• Receive, store, and organize warehouse inventory accurately and efficiently
• Verify incoming merchandise against receiving documentation and report discrepancies or damages
• Stock shelves and rotate inventory to support proper product usage and freshness
• Pick customer orders from warehouse shelves and place products into totes for shipment
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently to support customer satisfaction
• Process returns, complete required data entry, and return products to appropriate warehouse locations
• Perform daily cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies
• Assist with inventory control procedures and physical inventory counts as needed
• Support order fulfillment, stocking, replenishment, and outbound shipping operations
• Utilize warehouse management systems, including PkMS/WMS , to complete daily tasks in automated environments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to prevent injuries and protect product integrity
• Follow all company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and applicable DEA regulations
• Develop a strong understanding of distribution center workflows and work independently with minimal supervision
• Work overtime when required to support operational needs

What We're Looking For

• Ability to perform a physically demanding warehouse position throughout the entire shift
• Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and stack totes weighing approximately 2 to 25 pounds
• Ability to work around automated conveyor systems and maintain a consistent work pace
• Ability to read and comprehend English product descriptions, labels, instructions, and warehouse documentation
• Basic mathematical skills to complete warehouse activities accurately
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and exercise sound judgment when resolving problems
• Basic computer skills for warehouse-related activities and data entry
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong teamwork, dependability, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are required
