Global People Operations Lead

Goodwin’s Global Operations Team seeks a People Operations Specialist to lead onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle processes, ensuring data integrity and compliance. You’ll partner with Legal, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT and admin teams to deliver efficient HR services. The role requires 4+ years in HR, HRIS experience (Workday preferred), and strong analytical skills.
