Lender Title Specialist

PrideStaff is seeking a full-time Lender Title Specialist for our client, a Delray Beach processing center. Qualified candidates for this role must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you'll need to quickly shift gears based on the needs of the business. A successful processor will be organized, able to prioritize and multi-task as well as possess extreme detail orientation. Bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Spanish are preferred, but not required.
The Lender Title Processor is responsible for preparing documentation and accurately calculating taxes and fees related to the titling and/or registration of motor vehicles. This role involves handling legal paperwork and processing information required for interstate vehicle transactions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Success in this position requires strong time management skills, adaptability, and a dependable work ethic. The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy is essential. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES• Accurately complete all paperwork required by the title-issuing state for vehicle titling and/or registration.
• Determine applicable taxes and fees based on state, county, and city regulations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and personally conduct follow-up communications with clients and their customers.
• Ensure all necessary documentation for account processing is received, thoroughly reviewed for accuracy and completeness, and properly prepared for submission to the DMV or relevant agency
• Organize and prepare all necessary forms and supporting documentation for timely and accurate submission to the appropriate agencies.
• Ensure all processes adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as internal company policies.
• Enter and maintain accurate records in internal systems, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible.
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and external agencies to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth processing.
• Manage multiple title transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to newly hired staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in a related field are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, including Excel

CONDUCT OF BUSINESS
The majority of customer contact will be via telephone or electronically. The employee is expected to consistently maintain professional behavior and demeanor when in discussion with clients or any other party.
TRAINING AND EDUCATION
From time to time, there may be onsite and /or online training or education requirements. When there is a future requirement, the employee will be given sufficient notice to comply.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, and filing cabinets.
