Job Description:
Apptad is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of contracts within the US IT staffing industry and can manage the full lifecycle from review to execution to negotiation.
Preferably based in or around Alpharetta, GA (onsite) though we're open to remote for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing :
Reviewing, drafting, and executing contracts including MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements
Negotiating terms directly with clients and vendors to protect company interests
Ensuring compliance with US staffing industry standards and regulations
Partnering closely with our Client Services and Delivery teams to keep contracts moving without delays
Flagging risk areas and recommending redlines where needed
What we're looking for :
Solid experience in contract administration, ideally within IT staffing or a related industry
Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
Comfort working independently in a part-time capacity
Based in the US, Alpharetta area preferred
