This role keeps the process moving by coordinating candidates, scheduling interviews, completing pre-employment steps, maintaining accurate records, and leading weekly Microsoft Teams onboarding calls for new employees. The coordinator also partners closely with General Managers to provide qualified plumber candidates and ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Conduct weekly Microsoft Teams onboarding calls for new hires and provide a clear, welcoming introduction to the company. Ensure all onboarding documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Maintain organized applicant, interview, and onboarding records in company systems and trackers. Review applications, and identify potential plumber candidates for hiring managers. Provide qualified candidates to General Managers and coordinate interview dates and times. Communicate interview details, reminders, and next steps to candidates and hiring managers. Follow up promptly with candidates and General Managers to keep the hiring process moving. Assist with candidate communication, job fairs, referral activity, and other recruiting support as needed. Protect confidential employee and applicant information and follow company hiring procedures. Performance Expectations Weekly onboarding calls are organized, professional, and completed consistently. Candidates and hiring managers receive timely communication and interview coordination. Pre-employment and onboarding documents are complete and accurate. General Managers receive responsive support for plumber recruiting needs. Requirements Entry-level human resources, recruiting, administrative, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to complete work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Personable, professional, and comfortable communicating with candidates, new hires, and General Managers. Strong organizational, scheduling, and follow-up skills. Comfortable leading virtual onboarding calls using Microsoft Teams. Ability to manage multiple open positions, interviews, and onboarding tasks at the same time. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and web-based applicant tracking systems. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Background with HRIS systems and/or ATS. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate works quickly without sacrificing accuracy, enjoys helping people, and takes ownership of follow-up. This person is comfortable with the administrative details of hiring and can build strong working relationships with General Managers while providing a positive experience for plumber candidates and new employees.
