Schedule & setting Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime clinic hours — no evenings, no weekends Clinic-based in Sterling Heights, MI Integrated team: collaborate side-by-side with our Speech and OT clinicians What you'll do Conduct assessments (FBAs, skill assessments) and build individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise, train, and mentor a team of RBTs Provide protocol modification and ongoing clinical oversight Lead parent training and family guidance Track progress, adjust programming, and keep documentation timely and compliant What you bring Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing Michigan Behavior Analyst license, or eligibility to obtain Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field Experience supervising RBTs and managing a caseload (pediatric clinic experience a plus) A collaborative, family-first approach Compensation & benefits $80,000–$95,000 base salary, based on experience Monthly performance bonus — uncapped, paid every month, for BCBAs who want to go above and beyond Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Up to 25 paid days off per year — 3 weeks PTO, 4 paid sick days, plus paid holidays Manageable caseloads with dedicated admin and billing support Why Building Blocks We're owned and run by clinicians, not investors — so the people making decisions understand the work.
