Accounts Trainer

What is the role: We are looking for an experienced Accounts Trainer who will be responsible for providing technical onboarding and training for new employees joining the accounts team. This role includes conducting live training sessions, managing training materials, and ensuring that trainees are prepared for their roles. The Accounts Trainer will also handle scheduling, tracking trainee progress, and coordinating with subject matter experts to address queries and provide support. What you would do: Conduct technical onboarding training for new joiners in the accounts team, following a structured training plan. Guide and support new hires in the accounts team until they transition into production. Organize and facilitate live training sessions for new joiners, coordinating with trainers, scheduling sessions, and ensuring smooth execution. Lead sessions on accounts-related technical topics, maintain session recordings, and track key data. Manage expert emails and queries, monitor their progress, and track their status. Prepare, maintain, and upload FAQs related to accounts training to the Learning Management System (LMS). Manage the Learning Hub by uploading relevant training modules and courses for accounts-related topics. Collect and maintain feedback from all training sessions, continuously improving training content and delivery. Track attendance for training sessions and manage monthly training data, including generating MIS reports. Collaborate with the accounts team to address any queries or concerns regarding the training process. Conduct regular calls with trainees to address questions, provide status updates, and assign tasks as needed to ensure progress. What you need: A minimum of 5+ years of overall experience. Strong communication skills. Must be a people-oriented individual. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong aptitude for numbers and quantitative analysis. Prior experience in a training or mentoring role is preferred. Here are some bonus points: Schedule: MondayFriday.
