BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Loan Associate for an opportunity in Chicago Illinois 60603

Position Title: Loan Associate

Location: Chicago Illinois 60603

Anticipated Start Date: 05/18/2026

Expected Duration : 05 Months contract with high possibility of extension

Pay Rate: $18.57hr on W2

Job Type: Hybrid 3 days in office 2 days remote 

Job Description

• Sets up new portfolios, assets and cash mapping input to CLO system.
• Processes Agent Bank notices into system. Researches discrepancies between portfolios with the same bond using report data.
• Manages daily CLO issues globally to ensure accurate information.
• Ensures client responses on corporate actions are entered in a timely and accurate manner.
• Clears past dues and unapplied balances.
• Contacts Trustees and Agent Banks daily to ensure all missing payments or reports are received.

Preferred Skills

• Typically an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically less than two years of relevant work experience
