Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical ICU position at a Level 1 trauma facility, requiring a KS or compact RN license and at least 2 years of ICU experience.

Details

• Medical ICU unit at a Level 1 trauma facility
• Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Uses Cerner OneChart EHR
• Ceil blue scrubs required

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• Current ACLS certification (AHA) required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• CPI/MOAB High Risk training (online and on-site portions) required
• Nursys license verification within 30 days prior to start required
• Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start required

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing services to medically complex ICU patients
• On-site portion of CPI/MOAB High-Risk training to be completed during orientation
• Local candidates accepted, subject to a facility-specific radius rule that may affect pay rate
