Contract Details

• Location: Ashtabula County, OH; Trumbull County, OH; Mahoning County, OH; Columbiana County, OH
• Setting: In-Home Care
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN
• Schedule: Flexible Scheduling Available
• Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements

• Active Ohio STNA certification preferred (if applicable)
• Home Health Aide or personal care experience preferred
• Experience in home care, nursing home, or assisted living a plus
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass background screening
• Professional, compassionate, and dependable

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance in clients' homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and support
• Follow individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate visit documentation
• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times
