About the RoleHomeLyfe is growing and we’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team!
Are you a driven sales professional with a background in roofing or construction? HomeLyfe Roofing is hiring sales-savvy hard workers who are eager to take charge of roofing projects . We’re looking for individuals ready to take ownership of their role and grow with us!
This role is perfect for people with a background in sales and a familiarity with the roofing/solar/construction industries!If you thrive on hitting targets, enjoy working with people, and want the flexibility of a hybrid role with uncapped earning potential , this is the job for you.
What You’ll Do- Engage with homeowners to educate them on roofing solutions
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales leadership
- Respond promptly to client needs and questions
- Proven experience in direct-to-consumer sales
- Experience in the roofing industry is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
- This is a 1099, commission-only position
- First-year OTE is $60,000 - $150,000+ , with top performers earning between $200,000 - $300,000/year
