We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Corporate Communications team. In this role, you’ll own the development and execution of high-quality visual assets across print and digital channels - owning projects from concept through final production while ensuring alignment with brand standards. As our Graphic Designer, you'll take ownership of creative projects from start to finish, partnering with teams across the organization to bring communications to life. This role is well-suited for someone who values brand stewardship and understands that strong design within defined parameters requires skill, discipline, and attention to detail. What You'll Do Creative Development & Execution Design and produce marketing and communication materials including print collateral, digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media content Develop multimedia assets including basic motion graphics and video content, aligned with brand standards Support development of messaging, headlines, and visual storytelling elements as needed Brand Stewardship Ensure consistent application of MICA's brand standards across all materials Provide guidance to internal teams on design best practices and brand compliance Support the evolution of MICA's brand across print and digital channels Lead creative projects from concept through final production, managing timelines, priorities, and revisions Partner with Marketing & Corporate Communications and cross-functional departments to support business initiatives Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency in creative processes Coordinate with printers, photographers, videographers, and external vendors to ensure quality and alignment with project objectives Manage print production specifications, schedules, and budgets What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Premiere Pro and After Effects experience preferred Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing Demonstrated ability to produce clean, professional, structured designs aligned with corporate brand standards Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write copy or headlines as needed Experience leveraging AI tools to gain efficiencies while maintaining quality and human oversight Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office What We Offer Day 1 benefits, including comprehensive insurance with low deductibles 401(k) with company match up to 6% Pension plan Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year At MICA, we believe in doing meaningful work alongside people who care.
