Dentrix Experience Required We are a well-established, mixed PPO and out-of-network dental practice, seeking a confident, experienced team member with strong knowledge of dental insurance, claims processing, and accounts receivable. Responsibilities: Submit, track, and follow up on dental insurance claims
Manage insurance aging reports (30/60/90+ days)
Post insurance and patient payments accurately in Dentrix
Understand and apply PPO fee schedules and out-of-network billing protocols
Send pre-determinations and follow up as needed
Submit and manage secondary insurance claims
Verify patient benefits, accurately input information into Dentrix
Schedule appointments and support front desk operations
Maintain organized documentation of claims, narratives, and correspondence
Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of dental front desk experience
Strong knowledge of PPO insurance plans and out-of-network processing
Proficiency in Dentrix
Some clinical/back-office experience is a plus
