About This Role As an RN in the Cardiac Cath Lab at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital, you will provide exceptional patient care during invasive procedures and support cardiologists in the Electrophysiology Lab. Highlights Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Fairview Hospital Department/Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional patient care. Support cardiologists during invasive procedures involving the electrical system of the heart. Interact directly with patients, families, and visitors, offering healthcare education. Assess patients and complete nursing assessments. Document findings in patient records and notify physicians of abnormal findings. Perform telephone triage and call rotations. Establish care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Coordinate ongoing care and facilitate discharge planning. Evaluate, initiate, and maintain standards of care. Educate patients and families. Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN program) required. Experience: One year of recent experience as an RN required. OR Licensed RN with at least 2 years of LPN experience within the same Cleveland Clinic procedural department. Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire preferred. Benefits RN Loan Repayment program to help pay off student debt.
