Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies for a technology and communications location. Screen individuals, bags, packages, and/or equipment entering designated areas, document findings, and report unusual activity, prohibited items, and/or policy concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor entry points, visitor flow, and credential presentation to help support authorized access and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted or sensitive areas. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or conditions that may require follow-up. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
