Starting pay up to $17.25 depending experience! Weekly Pay! Good Times is on the lookout for a Shift Manager who wants to grow with our company! What do you need to bring to the table? • Recent fast-food experience. • Ability to stand and walk around the kitchen for extended periods of time. (get your steps in ya'll!) • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (sometimes repetitively - getting your workout on). • Proficient in English. What would your responsibilities be? • Provide a fun and positive work environment for your team. • Training and developing team members. • Living the Good Times values of Hospitality, Respect, Integrity, and Entrepreneurship. • Upholding safety and sanitation standards • Daily Cash Handling • Providing an exceptional guest experience! A Shift Manager is someone who leads by example. Someone that feels comfortable learning the Good Times way and teaching others how to do the same.
