Quality Assurance Representative

What you’ll do: Identify, investigate, analyze, and process all miss‑shipped, lost in transit, and item issues. Communicate results and corrective actions in a timely and consistent manner. Review and process customer RGAs on a daily basis, report errors as needed. Perform a variety of warehousing duties including discrepancy analysis and resolution, cycle counting, adjustment verification, and inventory slotting. Assist in identifying errors and root causes of inventory and warehouse errors. Work with the Quality Assurance team and various warehouse teams to investigate and resolve inventory errors. Assist Quality Assurance Supervisor to record, track, and report UETs. Assist in closing out queues for month end close. Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of annual physical inventory. Other duties, as assigned. What you’ll bring: Detail‑oriented, especially concerning numerical figures and reporting. Basic mathematic skills including subtraction, addition, multiplication, and division. Ability to distinguish minor, but significant differences between complex material part numbers/descriptions. Ability to solve problems and communicate resolutions in a timely and consistent manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
