Data Entry Associate [6610]. Nonprofit organization seeks a permanent Data Entry Associate to assist in maintaining donor database. Responsibilities Input and process credit card transactions, mail donations, and recurring gifts in a timely manner. Analyze, organize, and total daily credit card donations. Create daily gift batches and distribute daily email to staff for gift tracking. Manage mailing of tax receipts to meet audit standards. Support gift-related inquiries and follow up on unresolved issues with investors. Handle data maintenance and ensure software is up to date and properly operating. Provide database support to departments across the organization. Reconcile online gifts with digital marketing software. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Exemplary organizational and time management skills. Self-starter with proven record of meeting deadlines and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaborate with others. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Highly organized and attentive to detail. Ability to accurately process gifts, manage data, and generate reports. Excellent software skills and experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge preferred. Requirements Bachelor’s degree.
