Engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions Processing cash transactions for clients Having deep conversations to connect clients with solutions Following established processes and guidelines adhering to laws and regulations Managing financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls Requirements Experience in financial services Knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment Six months of cash handling experience Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in financial services, including cash handling and client engagement, while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
