Tax Associate

Overview Our client is an employee-owned investment advisor with over $7 billion in AUM. The firm focuses on asset-based and structured credit opportunities on a global scale. Responsibilities Prepare fund tax estimates, foreign tax accruals, and other ad hoc informational requests on a monthly basis Prepare various state and local franchise and business tax returns Prepare state sales and use and commercial rent tax returns Prepare annual FBAR filings Review work papers, returns, K-1s, informational filings and notices for all fund entities and SPVs Assist in creating management company/GP entity financial reporting Prepare or review calculations and documentation for various types of reporting Coordinate with external auditors Requirements Bachelor’s degree required 5-7 years of related experience CPA preferred Experience within public accounting Strong tax and accounting research and analytical skills Salary Range $150,000-$175,000 Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr Arrow Search Partners
