Sales Operations Analyst Trainee

Cisco is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position of Sales Operations Analyst Trainee under the Non-Technical Graduate Apprentice program. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, client engagement, and strategic account management within a dynamic commercial sales environment. Team Overview You will be part of a high-performing sales team focused on driving growth and innovation. The team collaborates closely with senior leadership to define and execute impactful strategies, build strong relationships with C-level executives, and lead transformational deals through upselling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Virtual Sales Account Managers (VSAMs) to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. Assist in preparing solution presentations and Bills of Quantity (BOQ) for customer review and validation. Support the achievement of regional sales targets by contributing to the development and execution of focused sales strategies. Promote both renewals and new business expansion through proactive engagement. Minimum Qualifications Completed a 3-year Bachelor's Degree (BBA, B.Sc, or BCA). Graduated in 2025 with a degree certificate or provisional certificate. Available for a 12-month internship starting January 2025. Good communication skills and a proactive learning attitude. Enrolled as a student on NATS with a valid enrolment number. Preferred Qualifications Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint). Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
