About the Role Connect Search is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top talent while building strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. This is an internal, permanent opportunity with Connect Search. You\'ll be joining our team directly and playing a key role in driving the continued growth and success of our organization. Role Requirements Prior staffing and recruiting experience is highly preferred. Experience sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and competitive mindset. Bachelor's degree preferred.
