Role Requirements Prior staffing and recruiting experience is highly preferred. Experience sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and competitive mindset. Bachelor's degree preferred.
