Work You’ll Do As a Project Senior Manager, Functional Transformation on the project, you will: Lead the day-to-day execution of a large, complex program, driving operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, and delivery against contractual and business requirements.Lead overall program execution, overseeing operational performance, delivery quality, and alignment to strategic objectives.Manage stakeholder relationships across client and internal teams, facilitating coordination, issue resolution, and informed decision-making.Drive implementation of contractual requirements, ensuring deliverables, processes, and program activities are executed effectively and on schedule.Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies, and lead corrective actions to address operational challenges and maintain continuity.Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, supporting workforce management, performance oversight, and continuous improvement across program operations. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role Minimum of 10 years of program management experience Minimum 5 years specializing in managing similar Federal programs (similar size and complexity)Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
