Director, Quality & Patient Experience

Equitas Health is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to supervise the Quality Department and drive the annual Quality Management Plan in Columbus, OH. You will collaborate with clinic care teams to implement QI processes, improve clinical quality measures, and lead governance committees. You will use data systems to identify improvement opportunities, design QI programs, and ensure HIPAA and PCMH standards compliance across service lines.
