Sales Executive

The Group also has a rapidly developing presence in highly specialised and molecular clinical diagnostic testing and in-vitro diagnostic products.
In over just 30 years, Eurofins has grown from one laboratory in Nantes, France to 55,000 staff across a decentralised and entrepreneurial network of 900 laboratories in over 50 countries. Eurofins offers a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products.
Job Description
Outside sales of Eurofins E&E, NA testing, inspection, and certification services. This position is responsible for managing strategic accounts, many of which will fall within the Top 100 regionally and/or nationally. This position reports to the Sales Manager or the Sales Director.
Examples of work include working with Sales Manager to define and develop territory to increase new and existing sales, managing a list of strategic accounts that fall within the top 100 regionally, developing documented account strategies for all accounts that will generate 20% growth annually across the portfolio, ensuring alignment of services with client needs, participating in industry associations applicable to key accounts, performing client research, prospecting, and networking, collaborating with Marketing Department for strategic positioning, working closely with staff to cross-sell to all Consumer Product Divisions, attending/participating in trade shows, creating and facilitating client presentations, maintaining quote/order and lead levels, preparing sales reports and forecasts and writing and following up on proposals, maintaining sales database, and performing other work as required.
Qualifications
Requires at least 5 years of outside sales experience in the TIC industry or at least 3 years of outside sales experience in the TIC industry, along with a minimum $3 million annual revenue quota. Other required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 5+ year's successful account management or sales experience in the TIC industry, self-motivation and assertiveness, excellent written and oral communication skills, superior presentation skills, excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, working knowledge of computer systems (i.e., Microsoft Office), experience working with diverse teams (engineering, operations, marketing), ability to travel at least 50% of the time, and a valid driver's license.
