The portfolio includes over 40 office buildings across the DFW market.Your new roleAs the Vice President, your objective is to maintain and improve the real estate both physically and financially. The ultimate goal is to produce the maximum cash flow and improve the property's long-term value. The Vice President directs and oversees the overall operations and team.What you'll need to succeed8+ years as Director/VP of PropertyMust have experience with direct office (10 years+)Strong leadership skills (managing team of 20+ reports)Extensive knowledge of property financialsHighly proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.Experience with third-party management, for outside ownersBased in DFW or know the market deeplyWhat you'll get in returnIn return, our client offers a competitive salary commensurate on experience, plus a bonus.
