You will work alongside a dedicated rehabilitation team and play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering treatments and medications, monitoring patient progress, and promoting patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to support patients as they regain strength, mobility, and independence in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality rehabilitative care. \n \n How you'll contribute \n A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: \n \n Accurately performs patient assessments andidentifiespatient needs \n Identifiesandinitiatesappropriate nursinginterventions \n Provides careappropriate tocondition and age of the patient \n Performstimelyandappropriate documentationrelating to medical necessity in the medical record \n Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient \n PerformstimelyandaccurateQI assessments \n Perform other duties as assigned. \n \n \n \n Whatwe'relooking for \n Applicants should have a current state RN license andpossessa bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.Additionalrequirements include: \n \n \n Basic Life Support certification isrequiredwithin30 daysof hire. \n ACLS and PALS arerequiredwithin six of hire. \n One year of experience preferred \n ASLS certification preferred \n \n \n Whyjoin us \n We believethat investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
