Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL, focused on staffing sales, business development, recruiting, and new account growth across the central Florida market. Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business relationships with companies throughout the central Florida market.
- Manage a blended desk that includes staffing sales, client development, recruiting, and candidate placement.
- Recruit professional-level candidates across multiple skill sets and industries.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, prospects, candidates, and community contacts.
- Use recruiting platforms, technology tools, and AI-supported resources to identify talent and support business growth.
- Partner with leadership and internal team members to deliver high-quality staffing solutions and long-term client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $60,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Commission opportunity.
- Direct hire opportunity.
