We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal/Case Manager to support a busy legal-focused operation in Boca Raton, Florida. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who enjoys managing active files, communicating with attorneys and clients, and keeping matters moving efficiently in a high-volume setting. The person in this role will balance relationship management, document coordination, and case follow-through while contributing to a responsive and organized team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with attorneys, brokers, clients, and other referral partners to support ongoing case activity.
• Conduct initial conversations with prospective clients and new leads, gathering key information needed to open and assess files.
• Collect, review, and organize medical, legal, and supporting records needed for case evaluation and underwriting review.
• Prepare complete case packages and submit materials accurately so files can advance without unnecessary delays.
• Track file progress closely, follow up on missing items, and resolve outstanding issues to keep matters moving forward.
• Research case details and obtain additional documentation when further support is needed for review or decision-making.
• Maintain precise case notes and update internal databases with current information, status changes, and required records.
• Manage multiple active matters at once while meeting deadlines, service expectations, and quality standards.
• Partner with underwriting and operational staff to improve coordination, streamline workflows, and support efficient case handling.• At least 2 years of experience in case management, paralegal work, legal support, client services, or a closely related role.
• Background in personal injury law or personal injury litigation is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with attorneys, law offices, brokers, and clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and handle a large volume of active files.
• Experience reviewing legal, medical, or case-related documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Solid research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify missing information and follow through effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management or database systems used to track file activity and documentation.
