Job Description Represent employers in employment litigation matters in state and federal courts. Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents. Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk management. Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances. Develop litigation strategies and communicate regularly with clients. Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on complex matters. Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing. 2+ years of employment litigation experience. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities. Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Superior organizational and case management abilities. Strong academic credentials preferred.
