Role Description The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide individual, couples, and family counseling to clients in an on-site setting located in Tampa, FL. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering EMDR and other therapeutic interventions, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards. The therapist will collaborate with other clinicians to coordinate care, participate in case consultations, and contribute to a supportive, learning-oriented environment. This is a full-time role that involves a consistent caseload, participation in team meetings, and engagement in ongoing professional development. Qualifications Strong skills in Treatment Planning and Mental Health assessment and intervention. Experience or training in Family Therapy and Social Work practices. Competence in Case Management, including care coordination and referrals to community resources. Active, unrestricted license as a mental health clinician (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Florida. EMDR training required; EMDR certification or pursuit of certification is a plus. Experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards.
