If this sounds exciting, we'd love to hear from you!The Ideal Candidate Will:Prioritize and complete tasks in order to deliver desired outcomes within allotted time frames.Establish a process for activities that lead to the implementation of systems, procedures or outcomes; identify long range goals and design plans to attain them; understand the needs of a situation and establish effective action plans; evaluate future implications of current decisions and actions.Initiate and sustain momentum without external stimulationResolve different points of view; confront controversial or difficult issues in an objective manner; identify alternate solutions and to select the best option; be sensitive and aware of the feelings of othersTreat others fairly, regardless of personal biases or beliefs; place oneself "in the shoes" of another and to view a situation from their perspective; be objective and fairly evaluate the different aspects of a situation; not allow unfair implications of prejudged information to enter into and effect an interpersonal relationship.Analyze all aspects of a situation to gain thorough insight to make decisions; identify and evaluate resources; apply problem solving abilities; develop an inner strength; be objective and fairly evaluate the different aspects of a situation.The Human Resources Manager Will:Serve as the primary HR contact and strategic partner to leadership and employees.Lead recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Design and implement HR strategies that support business growth, workforce development, and employee retention.Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with employment laws.Develop and maintain OSHA-compliant safety programs, training, audits and first responder activitiesPartner with leadership to promote a positive, productive, and safe workplace.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Safety Management, or related field, Master's preferred.10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.Proven experience managing safety programs and OSHA compliance in an industrial setting.Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.Experience leading emergency response or first aid teams preferred.Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) and/or safety certification (OSHA, CSP, ASP) preferred.Strategic thinker with the ability to balance big-picture goals and hands-on execution.Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of functioning as a one-person HR department.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.Skilled at problem-solving and making practical decisions that balance compliance with business needs.Able to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
