Senior Oracle Supply Chain Planning Functional Lead

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Oracle Supply Chain Planning Functional Lead with 12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Advanced Supply Chain Planning and Cloud Planning modules. The role involves leading large-scale implementations and enhancements for medical device companies, with expertise in demand forecasting, system customization, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of Oracle ASCP and Cloud Demand Planning projects from requirements through post-implementation
- Design, configure, and customize Oracle supply chain modules to meet business requirements including MPS, LRP, and variant planning
- Develop supply chain data analytics reports and dashboards for visibility and KPI monitoring
- Conduct functional and integration testing to ensure system stability and accuracy
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and change management for planning system users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, supply chain management, or related field
- 12+ years of Oracle ASCP R12 and Oracle Cloud Planning implementation and configuration experience
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle database administration with integration technologies
- Deep knowledge of supply chain processes, demand planning, and forecasting methodologies
- Experience ensuring GxP, FDA, and regulatory compliance in life sciences implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
- Oracle EBusiness Supply Chain or Oracle Cloud Planning certification desirable
