Certifications: BLS, ARRT

Must-Have:

• Experience with adult acute care and outpatient procedures
• Proficiency in GE, PACS, Philips, Siemens, or Toshiba systems
• Ability to perform various CT examinations, including Abdomen, Pelvis, Chest, and Head with or without contrast
• Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE
• Experience in administering contrast media and starting peripheral IVs
• Capability to work with patients across all age groups

Description: This position requires a CT Tech who will work primarily during mid shifts. The role involves performing CT scans and radiology exams, particularly on weekends. Mandatory on-call duties are expected, with 2-4 nights of call per month. Weekends are required, specifically Saturday and Sunday from 14:00 to 22:30. The expected patient ratio is 1:1 during shifts. The CT Tech will float between both CT and radiology exams during night shifts. There is a call CT Tech available for any emergent procedures that may arise during the night. Routine procedures include a variety of exams relevant to CT and radiology. Interdisciplinary support is available from various specialized teams as needed. The facility operates as a short-term acute care center. Candidates must be committed to working 3 of the 5 major holidays annually. All scheduling requests must be made upfront during submission. A compact license must be available at the time of submission. References from previous employers within the last three years will be required.
