Key Responsibilities
- Receive & Verify: Verify packing slips against purchase orders (POs), and confirm quantities received.
- Data Entry: Input delivery data into the ERP system immediately to maintain real-time inventory tracking.
- Resolve Variations: Document discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages) and collaborate with buyers and vendors to resolve them.
- Audit Inventory: Support weekly cycle counts and periodic physical inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: 1–3 years of receiving, material handling, or inventory control experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with ERP/MRP software
Preferred Skills
- Math skills for inventory counts.
- Exceptional attention to detail to catch PO discrepancies.
- Clear written and verbal communication for vendor coordination.
