Your Role Will Include:
Delivering Comprehensive Patient Care:
- Perform detailed physical exams and health assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret lab tests and imaging
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and necessary therapies
- Provide preventive services including screenings and wellness counseling
Educating & Empowering Patients:
- Counsel patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and healthy living
- Guide patients through chronic disease management
- Encourage lifestyle improvements for long-term wellness
Collaborating with Healthcare Teams:
- Partner with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals
- Contribute clinical insights in team meetings and treatment planning
- Support nursing and care staff with mentorship and clinical oversight
Monitoring & Adjusting Care:
- Track patient progress and modify care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems
- Adhere to HIPAA and compliance regulations
- Stay up to date on medical research and best practices
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited NP program
- Active Washington Nurse Practitioner license
- National Board Certification (e.g., FNP, AGNP, etc.)
- BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
- Strong diagnostic, communication, and decision-making skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
