Life Sciences and Technology Transactions Associate/Counsel

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Life Sciences and Technology Transactions Associate/Counsel in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, working on complex agreements for life sciences companies, collaborating with professionals across various offices. Duties Analyze, draft, and negotiate complex IP and commercial agreements in life sciences and related industries. Advise on IP rights and technology transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Collaborate with corporate, intellectual property, regulatory, and tax lawyers on strategic transactions. Requirements Five to seven years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements. Experience in life sciences legal matters preferred. Strong analytical and drafting skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Education Juris Doctor Certifications Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction of the position.
